| 3 | First-Round Screening & Jury Evaluation | 16–31 October 2026 | Evaluation of submitted ideas on innovation, relevance, real-world impact, feasibility, use of technology/AI and potential for prototype development. |
| 4 | Declaration of First-Round Shortlisted Participants | By 31 October 2026 | Publication/communication of shortlisted projects selected for mentoring and prototype development. |
| 5 | Mentoring & Bootcamp | 01–25 November 2026 | Online/offline mentoring, expert sessions and bootcamps for shortlisted participants. Support in design thinking, AI/digital tools, technical development and prototype preparation. |
| 6 | Second-Round Prototype / Project Submission | By 30 November 2026 | Shortlisted participants submit their improved project along with prototype/model/app/device, project description, presentation and/or demonstration video as prescribed. |
| 7 | Second-Round Jury Evaluation | 01–10 December 2026 | Expert jury evaluates prototypes on innovation, functionality, impact, feasibility, technology integration, scalability and presentation readiness. |
| 8 | Declaration & Call to Finalists | By 15 December 2026 | Finalists selected and invited for the face-to-face State-Level Presentation/Finale. Guidelines for final presentation and demonstration communicated. |
| 9 | Finalist Preparation & Advanced Mentoring | 16 December 2026 – 10 January 2027 | Final refinement of prototypes, presentation preparation, expert guidance and readiness for live demonstration before the State Jury. |
| 10 | State-Level Grand Finale & Face-to-Face Presentation | By 15 January 2027 | Finalists demonstrate and defend their innovations before the State-Level Expert Jury. |
| 11 | Winners’ Declaration & Awards | By 15 January 2027 | Declaration and felicitation of Hackathon 3.0 winners across designated categories, with awards/support as per programme guidelines. |
